Shaîkh 'Abd al-Ghanî al-Nabulusî (died 1143/1731) said: "Whoever believes that Allah permeates the Heavens and the Earth, or that He is a body sitting on His Throne, is a disbeliever (kafir), even if he thinks he is a Muslim."
Shaîkh 'Abd al-Ghanî al-Nabulusî (falecido em 1143/1731) disse: "Quem crê que Deus permeia os Céus e a Terra, ou que é um corpo sentado em Seu Trono, é um descrente (kafir), ainda que pense que é um muçulmano."
Imâm al-Ghazalî (died 505/1111) said: "Allah, the Exalted, existed eternally and there was no place. He is not a body, jawhar (minute indivisible particle), or bodily property, and He is not on a place or in a place."

'Abdallah b. 'Abbas narrates: The Messenger of God said: "I saw my Lord under the form of a young man beardless (amrad) with curly hair (ga'd) and clothed in a green costume."
'Abdallah b. 'Abbas narrou: O Mensageiro de Deus disse: "Eu vi meu Senhor sob a forma de um homem jovem, sem barba, de cabelos encaracolados e vestido com um traje verde."
ISNAD: 'Abdallah b. Wahb < 'Amr b. al-Harit < Sa'id b. Abi Hilal < Marwan b. 'Utman < 'Umara b. 'Amir < UMM AL-TUFAIL.
Umm al-Tufaîl narrates: I heard [one day] the Messenger of God say: "I saw my Lord during my sleep, under the form of a young man with long hair,in verdure, having on him ('alayhi) sandals of gold, and on the face a veil of gold."
Umm al-Tufaîl narrou: Eu (certo dia) ouvi o Mensageiro de Deus dizer: "Vi meu Senhor durante o sono, sob a forma de um homem jovem, com o cabelo comprido, em traje verde, tendo com ele ('alayhi) sandálias de ouro, e na face um véu de ouro."
